All on 4 Korea: Cost per Arch, Trips and Follow-Up at Home

If you typed “All on 4 Korea” into a search bar, you are probably living with teeth that keep failing, or a denture that moves when you eat. You want fixed teeth again. You also want to know whether flying to Seoul for it makes sense.
Prices abroad can look surprisingly reasonable. So a quieter question follows. Is this too good to be true, and what happens if something goes wrong once you are home, far away from the clinic?
This guide answers both, along with what All-on-4 and All-on-X mean, the price per arch, the trips and the aftercare.
A note from Dr. Kim
I know how tiring it is to plan every meal around teeth you cannot trust, and I want you to see every number before you decide anything.
“A smile that still works twenty years from now.”
What All-on-4 and All-on-X actually mean
“All-on-4” is a common name, not a brand. It describes a full-arch bridge, a whole row of fixed teeth, supported by a small number of implants in one jaw.
“All-on-X” is the same family of treatment with one honest change. The X means the number of implants is chosen for your bone: four, or more if your jaw needs it.
Think of a table. A light table on a level floor stands well on four legs. However, if the floor is uneven, a careful carpenter adds legs. Your jawbone is the floor, and the 3D CT shows us what kind of floor we are working with.
All-on-4 vs All-on-X vs conventional dentures
| All-on-4 | All-on-X | Conventional dentures | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed or removable | Fixed; not taken out at home | Fixed; not taken out at home | Removable |
| What supports it | A small number of implants, usually four | Four or more implants, the number chosen for your bone | Your gums and the bone underneath |
| Daily cleaning | Clean around and under the bridge | Clean around and under the bridge | Taken out and cleaned outside the mouth |
| What to ask | Is four enough for my bone, based on my CT? | How many implants does my CT suggest, and why? | How will the fit change over time, and how are adjustments handled? |

All on 4 Korea cost: per arch and both arches

At Blanche, full-arch implant treatment costs KRW 10,000,000 per arch. One arch means one jaw, upper or lower. If you need both, upper and lower together come to KRW 20,000,000.
Pricing is the same for Korean and international patients.
Whether you need an extra procedure, such as a bone graft, is decided by the 3D CT, not by photos. Any extra appears on your itemized estimate before you agree to anything.
What the 3D CT decides

Every full-arch plan starts with our own 3D CT in Seoul. A panoramic X-ray from home helps with a first opinion, but the CT shows your bone in three dimensions.
From that scan, we decide three things:
- How many implants your jaw needs: four, or more.
- Where each implant goes, keeping clear of nerves and the sinus.
- Whether a bone graft or sinus lift is truly needed.
We then use digital guided surgery, so the implants follow the plan made on your CT. Sedation is also available if you feel anxious about surgery.
Is All on 4 Korea too good to be true?
It is a fair fear, and it deserves a direct answer.
First, the price is published, with the same fee for everyone. Second, your implant treatment comes with a 2-year warranty. Third, if a problem comes up after you return home, we help you get follow-up care in your own country.
Healing also depends on you. Smoking, diabetes and gum disease can all affect how implants heal, so tell us about them early. Honest answers on your side make the plan safer.
Planning your trips to Seoul
Full-arch treatment is usually completed in 2–6 months. Your bone and any extra procedures decide where you fall in that range.
For All on 4 Korea patients, the exact visit plan is set after your CT. Typically, though, it has two parts: a surgery trip to place the implants, and a final-teeth trip to fit your bridge. In between, the implants bond with your bone at home.
We do not promise fixed teeth on the day of surgery for full-arch cases. Instead, we explain the healing period before you book flights.
Blanche is a 30-second walk from Nonhyeon Station Exit 4 in Gangnam, about an hour from Incheon Airport. Dr. Kim Tae-hyung and Dr. Kim Ha-young perform implant surgery, and both speak English.
Could I have enough bone for fixed teeth?
Send us a recent X-ray if you have one, or just two photos: one of your face straight on, and one smiling. We will tell you whether full-arch treatment looks like a realistic direction and what to expect from the CT.
Caring for a full-arch bridge

A fixed bridge feels like teeth, but it is cleaned differently. Food collects between the bridge and your gums, so clean under it every day.
A water flosser, floss threaders, or small interdental brushes all help. Ask your dental team which tools suit your bridge.
Regular check-ups and professional cleaning matter too, and a dentist near home can do them. Our guide to making implants last 20 years covers daily habits in more detail.

Frequently asked questions
How much does All on 4 Korea treatment cost at Blanche?
Full-arch implant treatment costs KRW 10,000,000 per arch (one jaw), or KRW 20,000,000 for upper and lower. Any extra, such as a bone graft, is decided by the 3D CT and itemized before you decide.
Will I get fixed teeth on the day of surgery?
What you wear on the day of surgery depends on your bone, so your 3D CT and exam decide the plan, and we explain how the healing period will work before you book flights.
How long does full-arch treatment take, and how many trips?
Usually 2–6 months. The exact visit plan is set after your CT, typically a surgery trip and a final-teeth trip, with healing at home in between.
Side effects and individual differences
Swelling, bruising, mild pain, or temporary numbness can occur after implant surgery, and healing time varies. Results and longevity depend on each person’s bone, gums, health, and habits.
When I teach other dentists, I remind them that a full-arch bridge is a long-term commitment, not a single event. If some of your teeth can be kept, we will tell you. If full-arch treatment is right for you, my aim is a smile that still works twenty years from now.
How your first consultation works
1. We listen to your concerns and what you want to be able to eat and smile with again.
2. Based on your 3D CT and exam, we explain every available option, including whether a bone graft is really needed.
3. We give itemized costs and a visit schedule. You are welcome to decide later, at home.
We repeat every explanation at least four times, and no decision depends on one person’s judgment alone.
