How to Verify a Clinic’s English Capability Before Booking

1. Ask who speaks English — the dentist or the desk. “Is the consultation with the dentist conducted in English?” is the question that separates marketing from reality.
2. Request a remote consultation in English. The reply tells you who you will actually be talking to.
3. Check for international patient registration. Government-registered international patient facilities are legally accountable for foreign patient care.
4. Confirm written materials. Treatment plans and quotes should come in English, in writing — not verbally through a third party.
